Shelburne Association Supporting Inclusion has purchased the former "Shelburne Pastry" building (151 Water Street, Shelburne) and is in the process of renovating the space to make room for a new and improved cafe. We will be serving fresh and healthy sandwiches and soups, salads and baked goods. We anticipate construction of our new spot will be complete in June 2011!
